Discussions of some of the issues and concerns around peak oil and climate change

Back in January 2010, people were given an open forum to pose their questons or concerns. Four main areas of discussion were highlighted and then discussed in smaller groups. They were: 1) Preparing for extreme weather events and transport sharing: How do we learn from the recent freeze and prepare better? 2) How can we promote more of a sense of community? What can we do to encourage a greater feeling of hope/enthusiasm/shared enterprise about and within Transition Llambed? 3) How do we move away from talking towards doing? 2 years since Transition Llambed began and not much has happened, why? 4) How do we deal with climate change sceptics and engage with a disinterested/unaware community? Click on the title to see the notes from these discussions.
